Homemade Hummus
Classic hummus recipe using just 6 ingredents.

tin chickpeas
drained (keep aquafaba for other recipies!

olive oil
preferably extra virgin

tahini
(you can leave this out for a lower fat version)

lemon juice

clove
garlic
or half a tsp of garlic puree

tsp
salt
1/2
tbsp
water
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender and purée until very smooth. Scrape any extra from the sides down and re-blend.
If it looks a bit stiff or dry, add a little more water.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with warm flatbread bread, or on toast or however you like best!
